Q: What are your opening hours?
A: We are open Monday-Saturday from 9am to 5pm. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: We deliver Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. (Morning) 8:30am-12 noon (Afternoon) 1pm-4:30pm
Q: Do you charge for delivery?
A: Yes. Delivery charges are subject to the quantity ordered and location of delivery.
Q: Do you deliver overseas?
A: Unfortunately we don't, we require the customer to arrange their own transport to the designated country.
Q: Can i get a sample tile?
A: Yes. You can order sample tiles which are chargeable at the time or ordering and in most cases are fully refundable. Please ask the sales advisor at the time of ordering.
Q: How long before my order to arrives?
A: Our average order time to The Tile Box is 3 to 5 days from date or order. In some instances an earlier delivery date can be offered and in the case of special orders and hand painted tiles this can be longer. All customers should be notified at the time of ordering as to the expected date of arrival.
Q: Do you install?
A: We offer a full design and installation service. For more information see our services section of the website.
Q: If I buy my tiles somewhere else are you able to install them?
A: Yes we will happily fit your tiles but priority will always be given to customers who have purchased their products from The Tile Box.
Q: What is your Returns Policy?
A: Tiles can usually be returned. When the return is accepted it must be full boxes only and the tiles and their boxes must be in perfect condition. All returns will have a handling charge and may be subject to a carriage charge to return them to our supplier. Please note there are some of our suppliers who will not take back tiles under any circumstances.
Q: Do you hold your products in stock?
A: We source the majority of products to our customer's specific requirements. We also hold a selection of products available from stock.
Q: Can I change my mind after my order?
A: It is usually possible as long as the goods have not been despatched by our suppliers. In the case of specially ordered products these cannot be altered or cancelled.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept most major bank debit and credit cards, personal cheques, cash and BACS payments.

Q: Are your fitters fully trained and qualified?
A: As a professional company we insist that all of our staff and fitters are trained to the highest standard in their chosen field and have passed all necessary qualifications.
Q: Other than tiling, what other building services do you offer?
A: Yes. As we are in partnership with two other companies; www.BathSorts.co.uk and www.ConceptKitchensIslington.co.uk we can offer a full range of services from the basic to a complete makeover of your home.
